What is Into Care First Call
Into Care First Call is the term we use for the initial call made to the families chosen funeral home after a loved ones death.
When death occurs and the deceased is cleared by a medical professional or the police it then falls to that chosen funeral home to attend the place of death to collect the person who has died.
This is where our support services can help in a cost effective manner.

Mercedes Vito Enclosed Ambulance - T25 HRS
Right: Our Mercedes Vito enclosed Private Ambulance is fitted with a single deck system that carries 2 One Man Loading stretchers ( These are very similar to those carried on standard NHS ambulances only a lighter model purely designed for funeral work).

Our teams are fully experienced in all aspects of the funeral profession and have many years of providing first call services on behalf of funeral directors and the Coroner.
We understand that in many cases that our team will be the first point of contact for the family needing your funeral home and your support.
Our on call teams do not rush, we take our time to be with the family as your service, your team.
We asses the surroundings and the situation and carry the uplift of the deceased out in a safe manner at all times.
We have invested in the right equipment to carry out our duties professionally and with dignity.
Our Packages
All of our packages come with a two person team, Fully equipped Hearsette / Private Ambulance, with all stretcher equipment and disposables included. All vehicles are fully insured and are only used for this purpose. The decks are fitted permanently in both vehicles.
We also have back up staff for bariatric case transfers (at extra cost per duty)
Into Care First Call
One off & Occasional Use
This is a one off and occasional use where you pay a standard day retainer that is the equivalent of one call out per day, plus pay per call out carried out.
£150 per Day + £150 per call out
This daily service runs from 5pm to 8.30am
Weekend Contract
This is a weekend use contract where we cover your call outs from 5pm on a Friday to 8.30am on the Monday
This service is £150 per weekend + £150 per call out
*Bank holiday and festive period extra, usually £250 per weekend + £250 per call out.
Ongoing Contract
Our contracted on call Service operates as a rolling monthly or yearly contracted service.
This offers the best value out of our packages and gives you peace of mind that your out of hours into care duties are covered all through.
This package runs 7 days a week and is £200 per 7 days + £150 per call out.
*Bank holiday and festive period extra.
*We are keyholders for the funeral homes we currently contract to, this means we only bring the deceased to your chapel of rest or care centre.
